Pet Surrender
We assess whether we can accept owner surrenders of cats, dogs, puppies and kittens on a case by case basis . Our ability to accept your pet depends on the availability of a foster home for the pet or pets at the time.
If you need to return a pet previously adopted through Dunroamin CONTACT US via email.
If you wish to surrender a pet not adopted through Dunroamin, please complete and submit the form below. We require you to sign a surrender agreement on surrender, and provide any veterinary or other records you may have. If the pet is not microchipped in your own name we will ask you to get the legal owner of the pet to sign the surrender form.
If you wishing to surrender a litter of puppies or kittens and keep the mother, we may be able to offer assistance through our Last Litter Program. To find out about this program contact us or follow us on Facebook to find out when we are running a Last Litter program.
Temperament requirements
Before accepting a dog or puppy surrender it may have to pass a temperament test before we can accept it and determine if we have a suitable foster home.
A DONATION WILL HELP US WITH THE COSTS OF REHOMING YOUR PET.
